Seems like tomorrow when I first held you in my arms. Can’t believe good 5 months have flown and you are all ready to start semi solid.

Annaparashan

In Bengali, annaparashan is the ceremony in which child is fed rice mixed in milk(payesh) for the first time.

The ritual is performed by mother’s brother(Mama) feeding the first bite followed by other family members blessing the child.

Checkout the vlog when we celebrated our daughter’s annaparashan.

Comment below if you would want to know what to feed a 6 months old baby.

Until next time.

Take care,

Love you all

Kapila
