How I lost 8 kgs in 1 Month – My Weight Loss Journey

Whoever has seen me in 2014 and then seen me in again in past 1 year, are not able to recognize me.

I gained around 20 Kgs during my pregnancy and there was no looking back, I just couldn’t loose weight no matter what. I had started accepting myself as the ever chubby fat human who has the tendency to weight gain.

But looking at what I am now, people keep asking me what I did to loose so much weight.

So here are my Top 5 tips on how I lost 8 kgs in 1 month without exercise.

Start of the day

Start your day with any non-caffeine beverage.

It can be as simple as  glass of warm water.

Keep track of water intake

Its important to drink 3-4 liter of water each day before sunset.

Keep 1 ltr bottle with you and drink from that bottle to keep track. Initially you will struggle to have 1-2 liters. You may also feel the constant need to pee but this will be gone in 1-2 weeks.

Breakfast

I know a lot of people skip breakfast and I was never one of them. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!

Fruits

Add 1 fruit to your diet. Daily just 1 bowl of fruit will ensure you are snacking on healthy things and will keep you fuller for longer

Salad

I added salad to my diet. I know we feel salads are not important but raw veggies are so important in your meals. I included salads with my lunch and dinner.

Dinner

Finished my dinner by 8 PM maximum.

There are some very small changes but all these changes have really helped me maintain a really healthy lifestyle. Try following them if you are aiming to loose some weight.
